Thank you! One minor error message appeared on my screen as I was driving back to Wilmington and it is likely that the computer needs to be reset for the blind spot monitoring. I recently had my Lexus repaired after needing a new bumper, grille, and right front-end work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Erick was the advisor assigned to my vehicle, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the entire process, and personally called me multiple times with updates and clear timelines—which I really appreciated. What really stood out was the attention to detail. My car has a unique gray color, and they actually repainted the bumper twice to make sure the match was absolutely perfect. That level of care and commitment to getting it right says a lot about their team.
