I recently had my Lexus repaired after needing a new bumper, grille, and right front-end work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Erick was the advisor assigned to my vehicle, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, walked me through the entire process, and personally called me multiple times with updates and clear timelines—which I really appreciated. What really stood out was the attention to detail. My car has a unique gray color, and they actually repainted the bumper twice to make sure the match was absolutely perfect. That level of care and commitment to getting it right says a lot about their team. I would highly recommend Erick and his team to anyone in the Raleigh area needing quality collision or body repair work.

Communication of status occurred one time in 21 days. The original estimated date came and went without further communication. I had to call to get an update. Additionally, the original estimate was around $8K and final amount was $10K. It was never communicated that there was a 25% increase and why.
