Would have appreciated learning beforehand how long the repair would take (# of days) and that my car would be detailed, since I always hand wash it myself. Thanks again!

Everyone was extremely pleasant and polite and I have yet to discover anything negative with the repair. I, however, would have appreciated knowing beforehand the number of days the repair would actually take and that my vehicle would be detailed. Although my vehicle looked fabulously clean I have no knowledge if it went through a car wash or was done by hand. I note that point because I have always hand washed my car.
