You guys did a great job and Eric was great to work with throughout the process. He kept me up to date and answered all my questions. He spoke with me, on one call, for a good 20-25 minutes and answered whatever I threw at him Could not be happier with the job done and would for sure come back (hopefully won't have to!!)

Everyone at Relentless was friendly and professional. They were able to get my car in very timely. I was blown away with the end result. The piece they fixed looks great, but they detailed my car so well it looked brand new! The "thank you" goodie bag was also a nice little touch. 10/10 would recommend.

Quality of repair, bumper replacement, paint job, etc. was very good.

Communication with Relentless personnel (front desk, Thomas) was prompt and pleasant. The delay of almost 2 weeks due to painter's sick leave was unfortunate. I would have expected for Relentless to have a contingency plan to avoid a delay under those circumstances. That said, Thomas did proactively inform us of the issue which we appreciated and shows care.

The weekly up dates from Eric who was very knowledgeable, patient with me to explain what was being done and the time restrengths for it to be completed. Best of all when I picked up the car, the detailing of the car was like a new car. Beautiful!
