Thomas was amazing to work with! He got me a quote for my X5 right away and handled everything quickly with the other driver’s insurance company. For the amount of damage, the turnaround time was impressively fast — my car was fully repaired within a week. He even ordered all the parts ahead of time so my car wouldn’t just sit waiting once I dropped it off. My car is a custom metallic color, and they matched and blended the paint perfectly. I’m seriously impressed with the quality of work and the level of communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
