Apparently there was a misunderstanding on the rental car from Hertz through State Farm. State Farm had approved for only $18 for a rental car, and the car that was approved for that price was too small, they previously said they were going to approve it for a mid-size car which they didn't do. So I had to pay a little out of pocket to upgrade to a mid-size car which was a Toyota Carmy. I talk Drew in your State Farm collision department at Reliable and explained what happened at Hertz and he said they would take care. Well, apparently they charged me $168.18 for those 2 weeks I had the car, so for some reason it wasn't taken care of.
