The car was clean. The repair seems to be satisfactory and well done. After I asked, I was informed that there is a 60 day moratorium on putting any wax (manually or by a car wash) on the repaired bumper. This info should have been provided or else the lifetime warranty could have been a problem. This minor info may seem logical to those that do the repairs, but not to the people that the repairs are done for. This should be emphasized at the pick and signature phase. The extra buffing of an earlier mishap was greatly appreciated and I expressed my appreciation of the time spent to fix the area.
