I asked to get button on dashboard when I dropped off car. Said she would tell workers. Then asked again when they called with estimates. Both times was told they would find out n let me know. Also piece missing on front bumper. Again would have paid out of pocket was a simple fix. Seems like they just tell you what you want to hear just to get of the phone. Girls were very customer service savvy but do not follow through with what they say they are going to do. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, just trying to be honest.
