it looks like paint was spilled on the inside of my door but it rubs off pretty easily so must not be paint, but the repairs on my car were great just not the mess that was left behind

Not very likely, I was pretty disappointed.

I had to bring the car back for missed work. Never received a call to tell me that it was completed the second time. The car was left with rough patches around the door and tape marks around the back window. When the tire was buffed out all of the dust was left on the tire. The work is rushed and sloppy.

This is my second time using Rocco’s Collision and my experience was wonderful! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and got the call following Wednesday it was ready to be picked up. This time I had damages from a a tree and it never happened. Staff was very friendly and very thorough. Definitely recommend the team at Prospect Park! Thank you so much for making this seamless as possible!

I picked up my vehicle at 5pm while it was raining so didn’t have a chance to inspect fully. There are spots all over the hood where paint is missing! Giant holes in the paint. Hopefully you guys will cover this as my vehicle never looked like this before. Wish I could share pics here.

Danielle was so sweet and absolutely amazing. She helped through the whole process. The men there said they would take care of my car and they definitely delivered. Fast service and I already have my car back. They did a phenomenal job. So thankful for good people and customer service.
