The work seemed great and I was satisfied It took awhile and I dont know if that is normal or not so I gave a 9 instead of 10. But if that is the normal time it usually takes then I give a 10

Joe has no customer service. I actually told them I would not speak to him regarding my car. He needs training in how to deal with people. He is ignorant and arrogant.
