Leah took personal care of my repair, keeping me informed of repair progress, updating me when suppliers did not fulfill their scheduled deliveries, helping me navigate the car rental process.She was very knowledgeable of the entire process. It is very rare these days to find anyone who takes such good care of their customers. The repair itself was flawless and took considerably less time than I expected. The front desk personnel were thoughtful, polite and efficient. I thought the AI communication was a little tart. Maybe that could be corrected in the future.     "The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional, and my vehicle appears to have been repaired to my satisfaction. My only criticism is in regards to not keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was the one who initiated almost every conversation to find out the current status, typically with very little follow up afterward. Even if there is no change in status, a call every few days or at least once a even once a week would have been appreciative, rather than leaving me in the dark wondering what is taking so long. Additionally, from a customer expectation standpoint, it would be better to provide a long enough time for the estimated completion and then deliver earlier than expected, rather than having to keep pushing back promised for dates."
