I know that Jessica at the Crestwood repair center had to submit several documents and supplement estimates and I appreciate everything she did for us. She was outstanding and kept us updated and answered all of our questions and concerns. Repair took a little longer than expected due to State Farm giving Jessica a headache on taking so long to respond back with new estimates.

I was surprised to find that all of my saved locations on the GPS were erased. But thinking about it, without my PIN, the camera alignment crew had to reset the Info software in order to get control of it. The car’s interior was cleaned to match the spotless exterior. Great job all the way!!!
