Perfect work. Generously added FREE minor repairs (eg paint scratches unrelated to collision and a new gas cap door). Kept me adequately (but not annoyingly) updated on progress. Handled disputes with insurance company about replacement parts seamlessly. Cleaned inside and out thoroughly. Faster repair date than dealership. I highy recommend.

The actual work on the car seems to be good, now that I have driven it a few days. The less than 10 choice is because of the dead battery and how that was initially handled. Once a businesslike approach returned, I was able to get the battery replaced and installed by Advanced Auto.
