The work done on the car was excellent. I do have an issue with your phone system. When I finally did reach someone I was told I would get a callback from the servicemen but never got callback. Then I did the callback option to get an auto callback and that never happened. Communication to customers needs improvement. Even a quick status text would have been helpful.
