Mercedes, the whole staff were amazing through the whole process. The customer service was top notch and my car....my car...I cried. They did an amazing job. My car has enormous sentimental value to me. I neglected her but today she looks brand new. Thank you so much to the entire team.

Thank you Sneiders for the excellent service starting from your front desk staff Denise and your estimator Merced. Denise had excellent customer service skills and made my process go smooth from beginning to end. When I dropped off my car for service, I had to pick up a rental car. I was going to call for an Uber to take me to the car rental place which was going to cost me $26 just for a 4 mile drive. Denise was very thoughtful and accommodating by offering me a shuttle to the rental place. I also had trouble reaching my insurance adjuster and Denise helped me with that and expedited the process making the paperwork go smoothly and efficiently. Merced was very professional and thorough which also made me feel at ease. The technician or technicians who fixed my car did an excellent job. I don’t have their names but I would like to recognize them and thank them as well.

Every thing looks like it did when it came off the lot. Entire panel was properly taken off and repainted for a scratch that was barley visibly behind the taillight.
