As always great work by all staff. Denise was awesome in keeping us informed every step of the way. The only hiccup we had and I’m sure it’s with AAA in that we were notified that the vehicle was ready at the end of the workday and we were notified able to return the rental the same day in time but returned it first thing in the morning. However we were charged an extra day. Otherwise it was a great experience
