I appreciate the open communication and the calls ai received to provide me with updates and statuses on where the repairs of my car were at. The location of the Rosemead location was so convenient and near by my home were close and I have been taking my car to this particular location for any body work for over 20 years. Please let Ashley and Freddie know how much I appreciate their help and being so prompt with giving me update and providing me with any details I needed with car rental details to the timing of drop off and pickup of my car after the repairs. Thank you all!

My dashboard all squeaks now and my rearview mirror was changed out for a different one. The cameras are no longer crystal clear. They did okay

I felt pressured when I brought my car in because the guy that looked at my car said it shouldn't be driven and was leaking fluid. I told him it was condensation from air conditioning and he told me it was car fluid. Even though I had been driving my car fro three days after accident and nothing was overheating, he said I shouldn't drive it. I think just so I would give the business to them.
