Juan was very accomodating and worked very hard on working with my insurance to get my car fixed. He was readily available when I needed assistance and I also appreciated his willingness to communicate with me to give me updates on my vehicle.

Overall my experience has been great. The girls at the front desk are extremely helpful. The daily if not every couple days that we receive updates by text msgs is awesome. I knew exactly how the repair process was going. Thank you very much for making my car new again. The whole siedners team is amazing. Good job!!! Very very happy!

I'm very satisfied and grateful for the outstanding customer service thevseidners team have shown me. They prioritized my car because they know I don't have rental coverage from my auto insurance policy. For that I am deeply grateful. Seidners West Covina is the only place I'll go to and recommend for any car body repair issues.
