My car was obviously washed prior to my pick up. Unfortunately NO effort was made to dry it following the wash. The car body & windows are covered with water spots, bug guts on front bumper. Debris and even a piece of a finger nail on the front seat console. Repair work looks fine. Phone call is not necessary . Terry

The regular text updates are a great feature, but the info was not accurate. I received an update on June 1 that my car was on schedule for completion June 5, later that same day I rec’d notice the repairs were complete. I picked up the car early on June 2. The repairs looked fine. Upon further inspection it was obvious the car had been rinsed with water with no effort to dry it. Bug guts on front bumper. The windows and car body were completely covered with water spots. When I entered the car, the center console had debris on the console including a trimmed piece of a fingernail, gross.
