My truck needed a recall performed on the trailer wiring harness. During this update, the technician scratched the driver door. It took four more days in the shop before the door was repaired. It looks good now, and the dealership provided a loaner truck for me to drive, but I was frustrated with having to repaint the door in the first place, and especially, with how long it took to get it to look right.

Repairs look great and were completed within expected deadline. Only concern was the amount of dust that was everywhere on the inside of my vehicle. The crew was polite and great to speak with.
