I was able to get in quick for the estimate. My car was in the following week. The claim handling was easy and little to nothing had to be done on my end. My car was done before the scheduled timeframe, and it looks as good as new!

Not as pleasant as they probably could’ve been on the initial phone call, and first dropping off, but pick up was much better after a little small talk! I try to give grave because they do deal with insurance claims all day, as well as frustrated customers (I’m sure), so I can only imagine the things they deal with on a daily basis.

Excellent. The hail damage estimate covered all the necessary repair. Mr Higgins was personable and professional and thorough. The repair was completed in the time stated. The repair was exceptional. The parts replaced and exterior repair was like new. The interior was clean and spotless. Everything which needed to be disassembled was seamlessly replaced. Very well done.
