The reason for the two is I had mentioned that my transmission was not shifting into second gear. I picked up my vehicle Friday. Drove it home fine Sunday rolls around go to get some groceries and it slips out of second gear again.

The repairs to my car look excellent. I do appreciate how quickly they were able to get it finished. However, when I was picking it up, no one came out with me to look it over. It was top to bottom filthy. When I went to start it, the battery was dead. I had to go back in to get a jump. So, the body work was top notch but the presentation and customer service at the end was sorely lacking.
