In late February I contacted My Insurance Company and filed an uninsured motorist claim. I ask My Insurance Carrier to email me a list of all the Auto Body Shops in their network so I could do a little research on where I might want to take my vehicle to be repaired. When I looked at Texas Collision Centers WEB site I was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting the level of detail they provide to potential future customers. The Virtual Tour they provide leaves no doubt they want to be viewed as a premier Collision Repair Center. They additionally provide a great deal of information about the goals they have in place to achieve and maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction. They also provide all the owner’s names along with a detailed description of their background and knowledge in the collision repair industry. Overall they have an extremely professional website that provides a great deal of information pertaining to what a customer should expect of their customer support and services. Texas Collision Centers opened for business on December 14th, 2020, according to Google. When I made my decision to go with Texas Collision Centers I knew they were new and possibly still going through growing pains. What won me over to Texas Collision Centers was the fact that in the middle of the most horrific pandemic the world has ever seen these people had the guts to open a new business. While businesses are failing and closing their doors every day the owners of Texas Collision Centers had the confidence to invest in themselves and start a new business. They had no fear of failing because they knew they had the skills and knowledge to take the Collision Repair Industry to a higher level than the general public has become accustom to receiving. They talk about Family, Integrity, and Service on their WEB site. I personally experienced everything they have committed to providing their customers. One of the owners, Dan Michaelis, was my main point of contact. I also spoke to Shyllo Michaelis who is one of Dan’s business partners and more importantly, his wife. They are both great people and they both provided me with excellent service throughout the repair of my vehicle. My initial contact was with a gentleman name Shawn. Shawn performed the estimate on my vehicle and worked directly with my insurance carrier. Shawn also provided me with excellent service. When you call Texas Collision Centers a real person answers the phone. Most of the time Shyllo answers the phone but if she’s not available someone else picks up the call. It’s a personal touch that the majority of the world has lost sight of. Besides having a real person answer the phone they also provide their customers with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all the repairs they make to your vehicle. Overall I received excellent service from everyone involved throughout the repair of my vehicle. Texas Collision Centers did a great job on my vehicle. The paint matches perfectly and body lines are tight and right. They provide a high quality repair service that I will refer my family and friends to if they ever need the services of a reliable Collision Repair Center.
