I was impressed by not only the stylish immaculately clean building with private offices for working with clients, but also the atmosphere of absolute customer service The agents were friendly and courteous! The process was so efficient and organized, all paperwork quickly completed and correct. Communication as to vehicle status was constant and quickly updated. The repair work itself is excellent It was a good experience made better by the superb staff !!

TCC was friendly, professional, fast, price competitive, had excellent communication throughout the process by keeping me updated, and did a terrific job on repairing my Audi A6. I could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship. They also provided a lifetime warranty on their service. Probably the best experience I’ve had with auto repair in my life.

Dan was such a big help considering this was my first wreck. They were always reachable and professional. I’ve recently received my car and it looks awesome and it looks so shiny from the car wash they gave my car. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'm very appreciative. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs work done after a bad accident to go to Texas Collision Centers you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Dan!
