Bumper is not even aligned well and there are other visible defects. Tried calling and left a voicemail but no response

Josh was very courteous and good but no one is responding to my calls and voicemail. I have been working nonstop from. 5:30AM to 7PM and finally today I had some time off in the morning and the afternoon when I called, had to leave a voicemail and called again 2 times and no one answers

The front desk clerk greeted me and started right away with contacting the rental company that I would be there soon. Set up a ride to drop me off at the rental company. Staci started the process of getting my car ready for repairs to be made. She also kept me posted of the progress. Once repairs were done Staci notified me immediately. My car looks magnificent. I am very pleased.
