The shop did an amazing job with my wife's vehicle. She was kept aware of everything through phone calls & text messages. And we were amazed when she got the call that it was ready this past Wednesday, we were sure with the holiday it wasn't going to be ready so quickly. Upon pick up we were floored to see the interior was cleaned! We knew that the shop was already going to wash the vehicle but we weren't expecting that.

Keeping me informed throughout the repair was extremely satisfying. Kim had updated me every week and I received text messages randomly. Took a very long time but worth it my car looks like nothing ever happened the customer service was good but confusing the over all good experience
