Tom and it auto body repair shop did an excellent job on repairing my vehicle which is a 2022 Rouge.My Rouge was in an accident and the front end was greatly damaged. My vehicle now looks brand new. Thanks for the great job.

We have used Tom and eds a few times. The location in Burns harbor is always very nice and efficient. They always do a great job in all aspects and are always very helpful and thorough. When I got my car back it was not only fixed it was also clean! They always go above and beyond to get the car fixed and back as quickly as possible

Tom & Ed's, I'd still recommend. The burns harbor location, however, I would not recommend.

I received zero updates on my vehicle. Any updates I received were a result of myself contacting the facility. Completion date was missed due to failed equipment. That's understandable as things break, but I was told it wouldn't be done AFTER I reached out. Completed, the paint does not match and there is an imperfection or debris within the paint on the fender. Buffing compound dust was all over the hood, windshield, fender, door.
