There is a sizable paint run on the lower lip of the bumper along with a crease in the plastic lip of the bumper. The top gun metal covered bumper trim has cracks and signs of being bent or twisted during removal or installation.

The attachment that was supposed to get attached to underneath of my vehicle was not put on. Also in the original drop off I had a chip on my windshield that a pebble hit my car after impact . That was not fixed either . Also there is a small scratch on back left trunk

Everybody went beyond for me. Lane was great and very communicative through the process and helping explain insurance lingo when I got confused. When I needed RTA, they suggested a company that not only got me the win, but also gave me a discount for going through Tom Wood. And on top of that, these guys are pretty much all the best techs in the whole city all concentrated in one building. Not going to get better service than here. My 2011 looks almost brand new

The work that was done was acceptable. I understand that the paint color that I have is hard to match. Communication was great no issues with that at all. I did ask for some additional work to be done that I said I would pay for out of pocket that was not done. And when I called to explain that it seemed to get brushed off. I just expected better based off my pervious experience with Tom Wood Lexus when I bought a car. That was the best car buying experience I have even had and just thought it would have been the same using there body shop.
