I had an outstanding experience with Tom Wood Collision Center. I worked directly with Chris McPhail, who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He kept me constantly updated on the status of my vehicle and made sure I knew exactly what was taking place every step of the way. Chris truly made the entire process easy and stress-free. As for the repairs themselves—the work completed was fantastic! You can’t even tell anything was ever wrong with the vehicle. I highly recommend Tom Wood Collision Center, and especially Chris, for their top-notch communication and quality craftsmanship.

My Mazda CX-5 was stolen and then recovered with a significant amount of damage. It did take a a bit to get the parts ordered and all the repairs completed but communication was great the whole time. The car is looking and running great and I am very happy with their work!
