Vehicle was brought in for an issue with the control module that safelite caused when attempting to replace windshield. Vehicle was dropped off on april 3. After the vehicle had been with them for 2 weeks and they notified me that they would begin the work. A week after this, they told me they ordered the wrong parts for the windshield. Ended up getting my vehicle back april 30. They only do communications on Tuesday and Thursday which we did not routinely get. Very long repair process and not so great communication.
