Haven't been able to drive car but once due to surgery. It seemed fine so far.

Front desk person thought she could multi-task but failed miserably. My customer service contact (Michael) totally dismissed me toward the end of the process. He did not notify me when My car would finally be ready(I had to call), nor did he go over the work done the day I picked up my car. I spoke with Jennifer who kindly listened to my complaints and assured me she would deal with them.

First time I picked up my "finished" car I discovered that they disconnected my antenna. I had to get a second rental car which had manual roll up windows and manual locks. Far from being equal to the Lexus they had messed up. Upon next attempt discovered a huge dent in the interior side of my door and the interior roof.
