comunication when completed could be improved, especially for pick up. I scheduled the pick up ahead and still had to wait for my advisor for some time. Please prioritize the scheduled pick ups so customers don't have to wait around.

Chris was amazing. He was continuously on USAA and kept me in the loop at all times as the insurance company failed to communicate. I appreciate the work and communication he kept with me, making it much easier to pinpoint the problem.
