Scot was outstanding and kept me informed. But TW is a little pricey and insurance proved to be a problem. I am not upset by that--insurance is a pain. But it took a long time.

I was kept well informed during the repair process and Tom Wood took care of all rental car extensions and negotiations with the insurance company. It was pretty much low stress for me and I appreciate that.

They quoted me a price of $2500 to fix my passenger bumper and now there saying it’s gonna be $3500. I’m confused about this place! 🙁

Scott and the mechanic (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) did an amazing job on my car. I went to four different shops and they all turned me away. I was honestly about to give up on getting it fixed, but they were willing to give my car a chance. Scott communicated with me every step of the way, which meant a lot. Being kept informed made the whole process so much less stressful. I was so excited when I got my car back, and it actually worked and drove great! I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me when other places wouldn’t. Thank you all so much for everything.

Stellar experience from beginning to end. Every person was professional, courteous, and responsive. Communication from the administrative staff in person and was helpful and pleasant every time. Fiona replied promptly via email. Scot - wow! Scot was not only professional and pleasant in this experience; he exceeded expectations. His experience and expertise helped me make the best decision early on in the process. He explained his approach to follow-up which allowed me to know what to expect - and that follow-up was above what I expected- so I was able to relax and not have to wonder. Scot was also confident in the quality of repairs- which assured me that I would be taken care of - even if an issue were to arise. It was such a relief to have this experience after being hit by a car. Also, the partnership and collaboration with Enterprise made life so much easier- being able to pick-up and drop off at the colision center- made it one less requirement for me. The relationship with Progressive- I'm sure, also made this an experience that flowed flawlessly. Keith's communications were also top notch - I love being CC'd on the emails, so I am in-the-know and can see the images before and during the process. I also greatly appreciate receiving a clean vehicle back! I purchased my vehicle from Tom Wood 96th St and had a stellar top notch experience there- so I'm glad that Tom Wood Collison Center is just as amazing. Thank you to everyone that made this an experience that helped life feel a little easier. I will certainly recommend you. As you can see I have been fully impressed and beyond satisfied - which has been an experience that's hard come by in customer service, in recent decades. Thanks everyone- keep it up!
