Second vehicle that we took there and the work wasn’t finished. Both vehicles had Orange peel condition in the paint that had to be wet sanded and buffed out, doubtful we will go back.

I decided to go with you shop over others in the triangle area coz ‘ i had a good experience in the past with another repair and also in my mind I associated your shop to a higher end business and thus equating to significantly higher quality work. And outcome. Jeff was easy to work with , accomidating and responsive. When I went to pick up the car, I was absolutely disappointed to notice that the quality of the work was less than satisfactory and attention to detail and accountability was simply lacking. The panels did not line up leaving which was very noticeable, paint transferred to the trim in the front, no cleanup after the work was performed,. There was lot of dust or lint near the hatch area where the work was performed. There was not even an attempt made to match the rest of the trim with the trim that was replaced. I hear a clicking sound coming in the cabin which did not exist before the incident. The car was not even given a basic wash. A land attempt was made to spray a tire shine to convey a false message that the car was detailed. Triangle collision missed the mark on every front. Given such poor quality I am very concerned that the shop might have cut corners with the repairs that are not externally visible. Needless to say that you just lost a customer and I will not recommend anyone again. I’m not sure what changed with your management and staff over the last 6 years but it has gone down.

Thank you to the team at Triangle for taking good care of our car! Ronnie and Team were warm and welcoming and did a great job. We continued to get follow ups via text and we were notified of completion! Ronnie also saved me from a rogue driver in the parking lot. April was sweet and conversational and when we needed to stop back to get a little adjustment we were top priority! Thanks for a great experience but we hope to not be back—however with 3 teenage drivers and one about to drive I know where I’ll go if I do need support.

I don't know about rating on the scale but could have been better. I had great experience earlier and came back. Even now I had good experience but there are few things that could have been handled better, there are many scratches that could have been fixed along with the repair as communicated to me. Also, I was hoping that the rear damage could have been also covered in this claim as agreed by insurance company.
