I was promised on intake a much shorter period of time that the work would be completed than the actual time it was completed. I had to keep rearranging my schedule which caused some anxiety between my husband and I and it ended up having to cancel Appointments that were important to my health and well being

Your shop’s reputation precedes you guys as being one of the most customer-friendly, efficient, and reliable body shops in the Salt Lake valley. As for my first personal experience with your organization, you MOST CERTAINLY lived up to that well-earned reputation. My BMW was repaired in a quick and impressive manner. I was earnestly FLOORED with the body work that was performed. There can be no other body shop, for me, to bring my damage repairs. It ABSOLUTELY is UNIQUE AUTO BODY.

You do beautiful work, but the scheduling was a problem. Your computer kept telling me the car is ready when it was hot and I made several trips to pick it up. Took three tries before we got it back in my hands.
