Kind, courteous service.Everyone in the shop is so friendly, which is especially nice Also, they didn't condescend at all, which was so refreshing. They do excellent work.It took a bit longer than I'd hoped for,but I'll give them the 5-star rating,as my vehicle turned out so pretty.

They got our car in within a very few days. It's return was delayed only by circumstances out of their control. They arranged a rental car for us even though the other party's insurance drug their feet. Unique treated us respectfully. Unique would definitely be my repair shop of choice should the need arise again.

Absolutely loved working with Marcelo and he made the experience very easy and was very friendly and informative when I called to check the status and he managed expectations perfectly. A great asset to the Unique Team! And of course the work was awesome. Thanks! There were some side panel issues that could not be repaired but Marcelo was very transparent on that so it’s really my bad that I did not have him quote me for the replacement panels.
