We’ve been in the Utah Valley for eight years now and sadly we’ve needed repairs on our vehicles half a dozen times. The first winter here I learned how to drive in the snow, but not before my first accident. That was the first time I went to Jack’s Place, now Vally Collision, and I’ve never gone anywhere else. Between the customer care and detailed results, I can’t imagine that anybody could do it better. Now I hope I never require their services again :), but if a another repair is needed, I won’t go anywhere else.

Great customer service, communication and repairs. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and convenient everything was. When I dropped off my car for repairs, my car rental was already there ready to go. I was kept informed with how the repairs were going and the work was completed quickly. Misty was extremely helpful and friendly- would definitely recommend!

It was perfect! They took care of the repairs quickly and professionally. My husband is SO picky about trusting people with his cars, but he was so happy about the results! They were willing to come switch out my truck and rental car at work because I wasn’t available to pick it up during their operating hours and they wanted to make sure I didn’t get charged extra for my rental.

They were kind and helpful. Gave me a ride to the rental place. I’m glad they got the work done quickly, but I would have loved to pick my car up the day it was done, but they called 10 minutes before Closing and I was at work and unable to respond to their call and text, and so I wasn’t able to get it til the following morning.

When I first arrived for an estimate, it was the second one I had been to that day and was unsatisfied with the first place so I didn’t have much hope, but when I arrived they explained everything to me, including how the process with insurance works since I was submitting a claim through someone else’s insurance and haven’t ever been hit before, so I was unsure of the process and they explained everything so thoroughly and made sure I felt confident leaving. I also loved the test messages and communication and that I was kept up to date on the process of my car being fixed.

I cannot express my appreciation for everyone that helped repair my Tacoma. Every person went up and beyond what I was told that the repairs would be completed. I took my Tacoma in to get an estimate on Sept. 21st and ended up leaving it there to start the repairs. I was informed that it would be done around Oct 9th. I received a call from Daniel that my truck would be ready to take home Friday Sept. 25th, I almost fell down from being overwhelmed with the news. I was told that the crew worked extra time to fix my truck. There are so many people that I need to thank for helping complete this wonderful blessing provided to me. Thank you all ! ! I will always refer Valley Collision to those that need any body work done. Thanks again, Rob

My experience with Valley Collision is beyond any other body shop I have used to repair my vehicles. All the staff are topnotch in my mind and if you need repairs to your vehicle, I encourage you to go and find out for yourself. If you receive only 1 quarter of the service that I received, you will be totally satisfied with the service that they will provide to you. I thank Laurie for taking care of processing my claim and arranging my rental car. I'm impressed with the shop manager Jake and his crew for their attention to the details and needs of the repairs to my Tacoma, which they completed 2 weeks earlier than first estimated. A special thank you to Daniel, he was very professional and attentive in explaining the process of my estimate and keeping me informed with the status of my Tacoma.

I was very satisfied with the overall process of my repairs, the work quality but most of all the communication with Valley Collision. I work in marketing and advertising and I will just blown away by how professional and relevant their communication strategies were executed. I knew what the status of my car at any point during the process and was updated on any changes as they occurred. They also did really good work. My car looks good as new!

Your team was efficient, respectful, friendly, helpful and “real” human beings. Too often people get stuck in a rut at their job and it shows on how they carry themselves.
