They were very professional yet friendly. Kept me informed daily about the status of my repairs. When I picked my car up they were very helpful in explaining everything that they had done to fix my car. It looks beautiful and they even vacuumed it for me!

The repair is not perfect. I think the agent was trying to do the right thing and save me money.,, but I really do not need that. I was willing to pay for a new piece if that meant the job would be perfect. Plus new small imperfection caused by repair.
