I would rate a 10 except the technician left the plastic piece that surrounds the rear view mirror and lays up against the glass, on my seat. I cannot get this fixed back into place.

The associates were very helpful and kind. However, I wish the job were done properly the first time, rather than me catching a remaining issue with the repair. Even after it was adjusted, the part of my bumper still wasn't totally back to normal, which frustrated me. Nevertheless, the associates were very kind and helpful. For the most part, the service was very good!
