This was my first time filing a claim on my car insuring my entire life. Usually I prefer to just repair my car myself... but some road debris had damaged the drivers side door of my car too much that I needed professional help. I was given a list of preferred places from my insurance company and Jack’s was one of the few preferred places. I had read through all the Google reviews for all of the places and they all had positive and negatives, but Jack’s stood out to me more and so I decided to go with them. Within minutes of contacting my insurance company that I would like to take my car to Jack’s to be worked on, I received a call to schedule a time to bring my car in and they were busy but not terribly busy. When the day came to bring my car in the lobby was very nice and welcoming. There was always someone at the front desk and they were always so happy and friendly. They gave me a plan of what to expect and a time table of when to expect my car to be finished. One of the reasons I chose Jack’s was because all the other companies had a lack of communication as to what’s going on with repairs... Jack’s was the complete opposite. EVERY DAY I was getting a text and even a phone call later in the day explaining what they were doing. It was very comforting to know what they were working on. I was shocked. When the day came to pick my car back up, the repair was amazing... you can’t even tell anything was wrong. They cleaned my car and made it very presentable, they really took care of my car and returned it in better condition than I left them with. I would highly recommend them for any repair in the future.

I was really excited to come here and my roof and windshield look great after a tree branch had its way with it, but I had to get a fuse fixed to get my steering wheel to move again and my trunk will not open at all, my dash lights are all throwing a fit and I can't adjust my rear view mirrors. So. Im pretty upset about it. That's the last thing I need right now. More confusion on my car, that's really just negligent or uneducated deconstruction of my dash im guessing.. i don't know what to do.
