I could not say enough good thing about this place. From the beginning interaction with the super cute receptionist to the really nice guy who walked the vehicle with me and talked about what to expect to the constant messages keeping me informed of the progress to the after hours response to an email. The job was done amazingly not to mention they recognized problems I didn’t bring up because I forgot. I’m impressed completely. I will tell the world how great the service was!

The workmanship is subpar.

The main portion of the work was fine however the car was nicked twice and then clear coated over. The shop did fix the nick's but 48 hours after I got the car back the bumper is now peeling! I do not feel confident that if I bring the car back, that the fix on the bumper will even be done correctly. The people at the shop are pleasant but the workmanship is not where it should be.

Appreciated the text updates, and phone calls as well. Very friendly staff. The original estimate was off by several thousand but the car now looks like it was never even damaged- excellent work!

Appreciated text messages and frequent calls from the shop with updates on the repair. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The vehicle looks great - would never even know it was damaged. Hopefully won't need body work on a car again anytime soon, but if we do, we will certainly return to Jack's.
