Jack’s Place got me in right away and got me taken care of. Daniel and Lori were always awesome to deal with. Daniel was very clear in explaining things from the beginning of the process until the end. He made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. When I got my truck back I could tell that they did a great job. They really took care of me. You can see the pride they take in their work by how well of a job they did. Excellent work by them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I was treated with the utmost professionalism. They gave me arrived to my next destination. They kept me informed throughout the repair process. They made sure to show me after the repair process what was done and how it looked. They also gave me further instructions so that the paint would cure properly so that way I would not make a mistake and mess up the repair that was already done. Treated me with great respect and kindness this was overall a great experience. After a bad situation meaning the car being hit and then having to be repaired.
