My truck left the shop in worse shape than it did when it arrived with the exception of the dent in the bedside.The techs cut the wiring harness instead of disconnecting it plus they cut the video feed to the backup camera which had to be replaced at the owners expense. The bumper was placed in the bedside of the truck and was pushed in which scratched the plastic portion of the bumper beyond repair. That too had to be replaced at the owners expense.

The score would have been 1 had it not been for the lady at the front counter. She was always very nice and friendly. Broc Welch lied about when a check would be mailed out and Jacob showed no concern about the damage done to the truck.

Everyone was very easy to work with. Answered all questions and I felt very confident I chose the right business to fix my repairs. I appreciated receiving emails to keep me updated with the progress. Everyone was easy to talk with and they listened. I hope I don’t need to come n again, but if I do I will go back to Valley Collision without a doubt. They fix your car like new and the handed it over washed and cleaned inside. Thank you!
