Super confusing. Did not help me feel like I knew what they were doing with my car. Contacted the wrong numbers over and over. Gave me the wrong time to pick up my vehicle by over a week.

The quality of the repair work was wonderful! I’m not sure why they moved all the stuff I had in my car to the back, that was a little annoying but not a big deal also my car randomly stopped starting after the repair. Not sure it is valleys fault but it is quite the coincidence. I did appreciate that my car was done early and the communication and updates were excellent
