My grandpa owned Bitterling’s just a few minutes up the road, and so the whole family has been using J&J since the 1970’s. Very happy to see you guys are still doing great work, keep at it!"

I think that if you had let the shop purchase the parts directly from the manufacturer that I would have had my car back sooner, saving the insurance company the cost of the rental at a week rather than 2 weeks. I am disappointed that the company Gerber had to start by using aftermarket parts, this is the insurance companys fault not the company Gerber. I have always paid my premiums and I should have original parts on my vehicle. That is why I have insurance. I really appreciated the Gerber collision customer service, they were very polite and respectful of myself and my vehicle."
