When I picked up my vehicle the air conditioning was not working and the driver side mirror was replaced with a different body style than my passenger side mirror. Everyone I dealt with was very nice but the fact that no one noticed the mirrors were different and how was the ac messed up when it had nothing to do with the collision repairs?

Was told over the phone by Enterprise rental that I would qualify for a small minivan. When I got to Enterprise they told me that it would be an additional $14.. I took a sedan and felt like I was driving on the ground.
