West Herr was chosen due to ability to start work sooner than my first choice shop. Given that, if I had known these differences, I would have waited for the other shop. West Herr does not offer a loaner or even care to assist when issues arise (the other shop does). West Herr starts work on a vehicle with known back ordered parts and then holds the vehicle in wait (the other shop would not have started work until access to parts was verified).

Looks ok more from a distance. Up close, body panels are not symmetrically aligned. A black painted part already had spider-web scratches probably from the final detail. A broken piece was reused among new. Loud whine from vehicle at pickup and for several days with low p/s fluid in reservoir after a p/s cooler replacement.

Communication was inconsistent. The estimated completion tool was not accurate or updated appropriately. The collision shop took very little responsibility to help the customer when an issue arose.
