The company enterprise Rent-A-Car that you do business with I called them the week before to confirm that I would have a car the day I was supposed to drop my truck off with you. I had the confirmation number. The guy said he didn’t need it. he had me brought up. Everything was taken care of. I asked for his name he wouldn’t give it to me. I asked him twice. I even ask him again if he wanted my confirmation number said he didn’t need it just to call him the day I brought my truck to you. That’s what I did. They sent this fine gentleman up there to pick me up. He says we don’t have no car for you after we got outside. I told him I called up there last Thursday to confirm this and they said to do just what I did and you’re telling me they have no car to make a long story short I own the Family business and run it the last 40 years we were in business for a total of 75. Your company took care of me got me to Hertz car was waiting on me. If I had a business do me like enterprise did I would tell them where they could put it. You don’t do customers that Way You don’t lie to customers. As far as car star and working with Miss Darla, I couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. We took care of the rental situation within two hours that day what’s really surprise me but I was very happy. She kept me updated on my truck. As far as customer service with Miss Darla, I couldn’t of. Had it any better totally satisfied. I am very picky about my truck. I have not looked it over yet. I’m going to if I see something. I’ll let you know, but you came highly recommended and this person would not of recommended you. If he didn’t think you would’ve did me a good job he used to work for me and you as a private contractor and he knows how picky I am about my truck. You guys have a great day. My sister is bringing her truck up. I think next week they have some work done. Word-of-mouth is the best advertisement there is and it’s cheap. Thanks again.

All staff have been kind and professional. However, the repair to my 2025 Chevrolet HD 2500 was sub-par. Paint had many flaws, pinhole, lent, raised dirt spots, small paint run, and orange peel. The bumper guard called out for replacement was not replaced. I feel these issues should have been easily caught by any professional paint tech and definitely flagged by quality control. My entire family have used Wicklund’s for years and have referred many customers. Gerold would not be impressed with this repair. I look forward to having my truck repaired correctly to meet the high standard Wicklund’s is know for. Thanks.

Customer service was great, thanks Darla. It did take 3 months to repair our truck. It seems obvious that if you don't have the people to fix the vehicle, you shouldn't accept the repair. I own a business and if I don't have a person to do the work, the work can't be done.
