I had no communication the whole process from the time the car got towed in. They made an awful situation worse. When picked up car never got an apology or explanation.

Try to use used parts, delayed delivery of vehicle by 2 weeks beyond what was reasonable, forgot to hang the muffler, once pointed that at only hung one side. Had to send it back in a second time. Offer no compensation for their failure to provide superior service.

My only question is the discrepancy in the estimate provided for me. The other party’s insurance came in considerably less while the final estimate met in the middle. Secondly, additional cleanup was required when I picked up my vehicle. I opened the trunk this am and found additional trash left from the repairs.
