Experience with shop was great, keeping me updated with texts is the way to go. Getting the insurance company on the same page is a different story. Will recommend Wren to friends and family.

After getting an opportunity to look at my truck this weekend, I discovered that 5 out of 7 engine cowling pins were completely missing. I went to O’Rileys and had to purchase 3 packs of cowling snap pins to replace the ones that were left out. I really don’t understand why this was even removed in my door repair. I spent about $12 to replace them. Just be nice to know why they were removed and not replaced.
